4/22 - Kaleidoscope Quilt Workshop

In this workshop, you will learn how to make a kaleidoscope quilt. The technique is simple, but the results are stunning. Learn how to select the right fabric, cut it accurately, assemble the blocks and make your creation even more beautiful with great sashing and borders. You can’t make just one!

We will guide you through all the steps from start to finish, including helping to choose fabric and thinking about different ways of setting blocks.

Level: confident beginner

Required supplies:

Approximately one yard  of focus fabric - you will need a piece of fabric where the pattern repeats four times.

Additional one to two yards of fabric for borders and sashing

Rotary cutter, 6” x 24” acrylic quilting ruler, 6” x 12” or 12” x 12” acrylic quilting ruler, Pins, Sewing clips (optional), Scissors, Seam ripper
