Shipping policy

Free Shipping on orders over $100 (before tax) to the continental US.*

Flat $7.95 Shipping for orders under $100 to the continental US. 

Any in-stock items ordered with pre-orders will be shipped along with the pre-order when it becomes available. Please place a separate order if you would like the in-stock items shipped immediately.

We ship via USPS.

*Not applicable for BERNINA and bernette items. For certain bulky items e.g. machines, big rulers, etc. there will be a handling (shipping) surcharge that is shown during checkout.

For orders large in size - example 10 queen size battings - we do not have the infrastructure in place to ship orders larger in size than standard mailers or boxes can hold. We will reach out and offer the option of in store pickup or order cancellation. 

In-store pickup is always free.

For international shipping, the cost will be calculated based on items' weight and shown during checkout. We use DHL to ship internationally.
