Cancellation policy

Cancelling any purchase after placing your order will result in a 15% fee.

Refunds for pre-orders placed online or in-store using any payment other than cash that you (the customer) decides to cancel will incur a 15% charge to cover the cost of the credit card processing fee we are charged for the sale and the credit card processing fee of the refund and/or part of the cost to return of the item to the manufacturer or distributor.
