Pinwheel Scraps and Such

Easy quilt for baby or child - for all levels. Excellent scrap buster. Change the pinwheel colors for a little girl look. Change the appliqué to match where the quilt will be used, or leave it off. Suggested use - seersucker borders and sashings, but any fabric will work.
